Tollett's Gifts

Tollett's Gifts began as Tollett's Hardware and Sporting Goods. The former owners, Billy and Jimmie Jean White, held their Grand Opening in May of 1954. In 1974, Jimmie Jean added a line of gift items and dishes so that local brides could register for wedding gifts.

That tradition continues today with more home items added. Owner Melinda Bennett uses her talents to run a decoration business from the store also. Many homes in the Nashville area have been re-decorated under her skillful hands and watchful eye.

Melinda owns the store along with Dale, her husband and her daughter Heather Applegate is the manager.

Hours are: 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Melinda has been known to open on Sunday afternoon for those out of town customers who can't make it any other time.
